A gentle mindful yoga practice & sound bath relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls.

 

 

 

The YOGA - opens your body & mind, effortlessly easing into a state of relaxation & fully absorbing the positive effects of the Sound Bath.

 

The SOUND BATH - an experience soothing your senses with sound & vibrations. The harmony of sounds enhances the relaxation experience & takes meditation practice to the next level. As the

body resonates with the surrounding tones, stress melts away & you begin to feel refreshed & retuned. The intimate setting of the Studio provides the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing &

refreshing Sound Bath experience.

 

The WORKSHOP - will enable you to deepen your experience & further your knowledge about Yoga & Sound. You will learn about singing bowls, their therapeutic effect & sounding techniques. You can take home a personal experience of connecting with these wonderful instruments through specific interactive exercises.
